Durum wheat semolina, water, eggs (20%)

Store in a cool, dry place. May contain traces of fish, molluscs, hazelnuts and soy.

Cooking instructions: boil 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta, add 10g of salt and a spoonful of oil. Pour in the pasta and stir for a few seconds. Wait for the water to boil again and cook for two minutes. Drain the pasta and pour into the pan with the chosen sauce to finish cooking. If necessary, add a little cooking water
